What we’ve done.
Our work focuses on building partnerships and programmes that connect sustainability, education, culture and social impact across international contexts.
Cultural Diplomacy & Equity
For the 20th anniversary of the United Nations Trust Fund to End Violence Against Women, we collaborated with the United Nations to work on the Orange Label Project. We launched a competition that invited young designers and artists from around the world to contribute their creative voice to this issue, to raise awareness of the epidemic of violence against women internationally. They answered the challenge brilliantly, and created works that said, "No to violence against women".
The International Fashion Showcase (IFS) is a festival of emerging designers organised by the British Council and British Fashion Council during London Fashion Week, culminating in a show at Somerset House. Organised in association with foreign embassies and cultural institutes, IFS showcases their countries’ most exciting designers. Paul Yuille held the relationship for London College of Fashion as the education partner and provided the Designer Support Programme.
Before the collaboration between Elie Saab, Lebanese American University (LAU) and London College of Fashion (, students in Lebanon had no opportunity to pursue a degree in Fashion Design locally. PY + Co developed the strategic roadmap for the partnership and helped ensure the programme content met the highest international standards. The collaboration ultimately led to the launch of the Middle East’s first Fashion Design degree programme.
Sustainability & Systems Change
For the past decade I have collaborated THTC one of the UK’s pioneering ethical streetwear brands. Leading the design, production and brand development across sustainable apparel collections. My role combined product design, ethical sourcing and international production management with brand communication and alignment, helping translate the company’s environmental and social values into both its collections and consumer-facing identity.
We worked with BAFTA and ALBERT to contribute to workshops with dozens of script writers and editors of long-standing British sitcoms and well-established shows. The aim of the workshops was to naturally and realistically embed sustainable narratives into existing programming and scripts. This concluded with the publication of the Style Guide Exploring Fashion & Sustainability, a sustainable red-carpet handbook given to all of the guests of the BAFTA awards ceremony.
Brand-Building Strategies
We worked with PVH New York, Innovation Next to consider new technologies for an existing audience. This was the brief for the team of young creatives that were set the challenge of finding new and innovative applications for technology within fashion items. PY + Co ran ideation workshops and concept development studios to generate over 100 viable and fully-conceived ideas that converged Fashion and technology into the everyday.
A brand can be a product or a place. The collaboration between London Stylists and Art Directors with Ukrainian Photographers, Models and Makeup Artists, showcased a blended cultural message that celebrated the unique location. The outcome was a dynamic reference of an emergent borderless and creative dialect.
